Hello pfAll,
Well, I am in deep trouble. We have an Performer Application which runs
on onyx without problems,
but, as I start it on an Indigo2 MIPS R10000 with maximum impact
graphics board, IRIX64 6.2,
it performs some 10Minutes after start some core dump with

===========
PUTBUF DUMP
===========

    <0>PANIC: IRIX Killed due to Bus Error
        at PC:0xa8000000201e7c58 ep:0xa80000002022f6e0

Anybody faced a similar problem ? ????????

Well, I checked my application for memory leaks and so on.. found
nothing
Looks very strange to me, since an ordinary user process should be
terminated by the system,
but not the system be terminated by the process.

Maybe there is a workaround known ?
The mentioned problem is reproducable on different Indigo2 with the same
processor.
But this behaviour never occured on Onyx2.

Any help is appreciated.

Bye,

Günter
