Depending on the system it might take 2 video signals, one for each eye.

If your machine can support 2 video out it will work, just draw left and
right to different areas of the screen with different video outputs
instead of left and right buffers. If this is the system your code will
have to change unless you write your own vfo's, but you need to be
familiar with the input required by the projector.

There are different approaches to polarized stereo, some have polarized
shuttering and should be similar to the crystal eyes others are
completely passive and take 2 video inputs.

You have to find that out.
