Multiple Stereo Windows

I am working on an app that must do stereo display to an n-vision HMD
and to a projector for use with crystal eyes. So I have 4 channels and
2 windows --two for the HMD and two for the projector. I have the HMD
working in stereo as a channel group with the left as master. The
crystal eyes I setup as field-sequential using the glDrawBuffer
command. The two channels are setup as another channel group with the
left of that one as master. I can't get anything to display in the
window for the crystal eyes, it is just blank. I have looked at the
example of stereofly, and a couple of others but can't seem to get
anything to display to the field sequential window. Anyone have any
suggestions or experiance doing something similar?
