about 3DS formats

Hi,everybody!

 I am doing works of virtual reality, but now I met some problems.
When i use "perfly",it doesn't support 3DS format files anymore( But
before I reinstall my system ,It does!).
  
 When i use 3ds files it return error message:
 --" pfdFindConverterDSO() could not load DSO for exten "3ds""
or --"pfdLoadFile() unable to load file ***.3ds because of problem
finding pfdLoadFile_3ds"
