Problems loading MultiGen file in perfly

Hello,
        I am trying to load a database with four quads and only 2 are loading in
perfly. I am on an ONYX IR
using the R15.4g loader. I am loading the file with the command:

perfly -t 0x6c -y flt,9,6 flight0_0.flt

I get the following back from perfly:
PF Notice/Assert: convTree((null)) unexpected record 22
"pop_ext" found.
PF Notice/Assert: convTree((null)) unexpected record 72
"dvert_list" found.

 - could this be the problem? If so what does this mean? I looked up the
opcodes in the OpenFlight Scene description (v15.2.0) and 22 is not even
listed. 72 is a vertex list.
