Hi,

How is the internal RGBA4_EXT format dithered down from a regular old .rgba
8 bit per component image? I tried to do the color reduction myself but the
alpha is always too transparent. The colors are okay.

external format internal format
PFTEX_PACK_8 PFTEX_RGBA_4 this looks like it should (or at least what we
are used to)

PFTEX_UNSIGNED_SHORT_4_4_4_4 PFTEX_RGBA_4 same image is too transparent

Can someone tell me what's going on? I have tried this on Impact, O2 and
iR2 and get the same result.

Thanks,
Scott
