No matter what version of Performer are you working on, there should be a sample code involving pfDCS. Just take this code and modify parameters that control Dynamic Coordinate System (translation and rotation should be enough). Of course you can also try on-line help and manual pages for pfDCS. I believe there is also a set of instructions to move objects using spline paths, but it's more complex. Take into account that DCS management lets you control position of your objects; in order to involve velocity and acceleration you must define your own function of time (or square time) to define these variables.
