Thanks for pinpointing to the problem. Before I really do any
thing to the system, there are several questions:
* Should I get a new IRIS Performer CD? I have only the "Performer 2.2"
with two demo disks.
* The system currently has IRIX 6.3 and I have no plan to upgrade it
soon. May I install performer_eoe 2.2.3?
* Is there any site for me to download the required part, instead of
waiting for phone calls and shipments?
* I do have a box of 6.5 CDs. However, I dod not see any IRIX 6.5.2 cd
or IRIX 6.5.3 cd. What should I ask if I call SGI, just "IRIX 6.5.2 cd"?
There are so many new names: Development foundation and libraries,
Foundation 1 and 2, etc.
