Volume rendering is not 3D texture, if you look at my web page you'll
see Performer based examples of volume rendering which don't use
Volumizer but do use 3D texture and you'll also see 3D texture used in
the bumplogo demo but not for volume rendering.

3D texture and volume rendering are different things, which returns us
to my original question. What is the requirement?
