The standard performer sample Makefile use
/usr/share/Performer/src/pfmakedefs if you look in there you can see the
various options, you can either setenv PFSTYLE or OBJECT_STYLE to enable
use of the ABI you want, note, OBJECT_STYLE overrides PFSTYLE I think.
You seeing the default behaviour which is to use N32. Also, you may run
into instances where you don't have the o32 libs installed required to
link ( I just tried the above and found I didn't because I only
installed performer_eoe.sw32
