I am currently using the DVR option with the following configuration :
my window is 1280x1024 and I have a pipevideochannel which is channel 1
in the ircombine files and it's size and format is 1280x1024 as well.
This configuration works.

What I want to do is :
change the ircombine to be : output format 1280x1024 but size 960x680.
change my window to be 960x680.
use the DVR.

If I configure the DVR to be DVR_MANUAL then doing one initialization
for the AreaScale - everything looks correct, but if I try to change the
AreaScale in run time (or use DVR_AUTO with stress filter) it's not
working. It's a bit hard to describe what I see in channel 1 but it's
something like the picture is wrapping around sometimes.

Is there a way to use channel size which is smaller then the channel
format size and also use DVR on the same channel?
