Hello there,

I'm writing an application which uses two pipes. Due to active stereo display I
have to sync both pipes. The following steps I passed:

1. Setup in ircombine:
   pipe1 and pipe2: 1280x1024_120s.vof
   pipe2: Edit globals...: Sync Source: external
                           Sync Format: 1280x1024_120s.vof

2. cable connections:
   pipe1 Ch0 C/H <-> pipe2 GenIn
   pipe1 Swap ready <-> pipe2 Swap ready

3. In my performer app I used channels with shared attributes and set
   PFCHAN_SWAPBUFFERS | PFCHAN_SWAPBUFFERS_HW

  _pPfChanHorL->setShare(PFCHAN_NEARFAR | PFCHAN_EARTHSKY | PFCHAN_STRESS
| PFCHAN_LOD | PFCHAN_SCENE
| PFCHAN_SWAPBUFFERS | PFCHAN_SWAPBUFFERS_HW);
  _pPfChanHorL->attach(_pPfChanHorR);
  _pPfChanHorL->attach(_pPfChanVertL);
  _pPfChanHorL->attach(_pPfChanVertR);

It worked for a half day and never again although I didn't change something.
What did I miss?

Beside of the above: I looked into the mails of the last year and found a link
to an SGI web page about genlock. Unfortunately it doesn't exist at this URL.
Does somebody know where it is moved? Or in more general: Are there servers
different from www.sgi.com where I can find hints and pfSamples?

All help is appreciated.

Best regards,
Dirk.
