Jason,

I just checked our /usr/tmp/ on our Onyx I running 6.2 we have those
files, but on our Origin2000 with IR running 6.5.2 we do not.

On our Indigo (6.2) we have:

pfClock.2092.pfdpool
pfutil14197.pfdpool

I wonder if it is an OS issue?
