customer has the following question. Any good ideas ?
Thanks
Holger
We have a problem with the pfb loader concerning user defined traversal
data structures.
In a database I am using callback functions for the CULL stage which
need their own user defined classes (derived from pfObject). These
classes
are propagated via pfNode::setTravData.
As far as I understand I have to register both the callback function and
the attached user defined class when I want to save the database in pfb
format.
And now we come to the point:
To register the callbacks I can use pfdFindRegisteredUserFunc.
What do I have to do to make the pfb-saver know about my own defined
traversal data structures? What is the easiest way to 'register' data
structures, so that pfb is able to store (and of course _load_) my data.
Maybe there is additional documentation about the pfb-loader. The only
thing I have at this moment is the source code (Revision: 1.116) from
Rob Mace which comes with Performer.
Any help is gladly appreciated.
