We have no plans on porting Performer because the port would be
non-trivial. In fact it would require a complete rewrite. Since much of
the work with creating at least the Scene Graph aspect is being handled
by the Fahrenheit, we felt it best to leverage that facility in
generating the first multi-platform 'Performer' version. We don't have
the resources to rebuild Performer and build FSG and build FLM, etc.

As for Vega NT, we are more than happy to see their product on NT. In
fact, I for one hope it works well (especially on our systems). We can't
make a statement on whether it does or doesn't work since the support
for that product lies not with SGI, but with Multigen-Paradigm.

BTW, OpenGL will be fully supported on the NT box as with all current
and future products.
