realloc(0) returnes NULL again

Hi again,
i was a little to fast on this ...
the error is still there, but sometimes, like
in the mails back last year, it works out...
Nothing to do with libmalloc it seems.

Yes i tried different mp-modes.
If APPCULLDRAW the app stops with:
PF Fatal/SysErr: _pfDirtCheck: pfRealloc of 0 bytes
returned NULL.

If multiprocessing, e.g. using APP_CULL_DRAW, just the draw process
terminates
it seems, the app process hangs at a point where the channel is set.

Any ideas (*sigh*)?
