question: visualizing bad OpenInventor files

Hi,

I want to visualize an OpenInventor file which
contains counterclockwise oriented AND clockwise oriented faces
within ONE single FaceSet. To see the whole FaceSet, I use two sided
lighting
and disable backface culling. Further I use pfLSourcePos(light, 0.0f,
0.0f, 1.0f, 0.0f)
and a light at the position of the camera. Now, I can see the whole
FaceSet, but the
lighting is not correct and it seems, that Performer uses Flat Shading.
There are no Normals defined in my OpenInventor file, but the
NormalBinding
is set to PER_VERTEX_INDEXED. If I change the value, it has no effect.
What can I do to get a correct lighting and to make Performer using
Gouraud
Shading instead of Flat Shading ?
