Specifically read the man page for pfdConverterAttr_flt() and fltRegisterNodeT.

Also if you are really asking how to enable Behavior linkages in perfly then
read the man page for pfdConverterMode_flt(). You would need to enable the mode
PFFLT_BEHAVIORS ... i.e. "perfly -y flt,26,1 file.flt".
