Of everything suggested so far I like Don's suggestion best. Each
GeoSet can only have one GeoState, but multiple GeoSets can all point
to the same vertex/normal/color/texture coord arrays, which is where
the real bulk of the geoset is. Set it up as follows:

         pfDCS pfDCS

        pfGeode pfGeode
| |
| |
      pfGeoSet 1 pfGeoSet 2
          / \ / \
         / \ / \
        / \ / \
       / \ / \
 pfGeoState 1 v[] pfGeoState 2
