Use a pfDCS for the objects and manipulate the pfDCS::translate()
parameters to move object B towards A.

You have to enable transparency in the geostates of the object. And
then you can manipulate the color values for these objects. The best
is to use a pfFlux as the color attribute array for the pfGeoSets to get
a frame accurate flow of color values.
To find the geostates and geosets you can use the pfuTraverse
utility.
