This can output Inventor files. There is a performer loader for
Inventor files. Lightscape can pre-compute radiosity in a scene. I
have not used the software to make new textures (it can do that) but I
have used to generate a scene with extra polygons for the lighting
effects. It assigns colors per vertex based on lighting and material.
It works very well for this. There are some good VRML examples on their
web sight.
