What makes you think it should be straight?
The change in the direction of that centerline stripe is pretty much what I'd expect
to see. When the displays are arranged in the correct setting (with the side displays
turned around 40 degrees to the sides), this should all look OK.
Think about the real world...that centerline stripe is parallel to the bottom edge
of the center windshield glass - and it's parallel on your screen. But it makes a
40 degree angle to the bottom edge of the side windshield panel - so it needs to
make a 40 degree angle (well - with perspective, it looks less) to the side channel
on your display.
I'm not so sure about the gap between the two lines - if you expect the two channels
to join together without a seam then I guess there ought not to be a gap in the
line. But the orientation of the centerline seems OK to me.
Notice that the horizon line is straight. This is a good guide to tell you that
it's all OK. If you pitch up or down, then the horizon line will also break.
