Commercial (paged) ASD package?

Hi,

Does any one know of a (commercial) tool for generating and loading
(paged) ASD terrain data with a spherical projection?

It *has to* be spherical. I'd *like it* to be paged.

Maybe Multigen WorldBuilder? (I don't have the info on that yet ..)
