I would probably attach the cart model to an SCS that
had a matrix to put some part of the cart, say a wheel,
at (0,0,0). Then attach the SCS to a DCS that I moved with the
various "set" member functions. To decide whether
the cart was where I wanted it to stop, I would apply
the DCS's matrix found with getMat to (0,0,0) and see if the
wheel was at the point where I wanted to stop the cart.
