If you want to control the overall lighting/color of your object
overriding its own colors per vertex, you can also do this (I did this
to a flt node just after loading it): create a pfmaterial with your own
settings that, additionally, sets its color mode to off. Then set up a
pre-draw callback for your iv node that pfapplies this pfmaterial and
pfoverrides any further material settings (I do this to my flt just in
case it comes with its own material, and then de-pfoverride in a
post-draw callback, but you might not need that).
Sorry for the lack of real code and tokens -- I'm retrieving this from
my own memory ++at++ home, but I hope it helps.
Regards,
Yuri.
