Maybe it has been overriden? Try setting antialiasing off like that:
          pfOverride(PFSTATE_ANTIALIAS, PF_OFF);
          pfAntialias(PFAA_OFF);
          pfOverride(PFSTATE_ANTIALIAS, PF_ON);
