Inventor's SoLevelOfDetail nodes make transitions based on the number of
pixels on the screen for the projected bounding box, while pfLOD makes
transition related to distance and stress.
How does the Inventor loader decide what distance corresponds to a
particular # of pixels since the projected bounding box size depends on
the bbox orientation on the screen?
