This means that your scene needs about 3.5*4MB of texture memory which exceeds
TRAM capacity. When drawing, textures get paged in and out from the graphics
pipe slowing down your draw procedure. You should try to make your textures fit
in 4MB or at least reduce TRAM usage in order to minimize texture paging.

There's nothing else you can do that I know of.
