Playing video/movies on texture map

I read in some of the recent mails about displaying a movie/real-time
video feed on a polygon in performer. Has anyone done this, and how
easy is this to achieve. Initially I would just like to play movie
files, but later perhaps use the DIVO option for a live feed.
