Well folks it's finally happened, info-performer has received its
first spam message. As to be expected, the sender is not a
subscriber to the list. I am particularly intolerant towards spam,
and have an armory full of reliable anti-spam techniques which I will
put in place if it continues.

As for the message you just received, I recommend that you either
just ignore it, or add it to any anti-spam filters you already have
in place (minus the footer added by info-performer). I -never-
recommend replying to spammers with "please remove me" or flame
mail. In most cases your message will just bounce, and in others,
they just collect the addresses of those who replied and use it as a
known-to-be-good list.

I'll followup later if we get more spam.
