Hi Roy

Take a look at the following sites for code and papers
on Collision detection.

Rapid at: http://www.cs.unc.edu/~geom/OBB/OBBT.html

While work working for my last company we adapted RAPID as an
exercise, to work with Performer for Geometry to Geometry
collision detection.

Hope this maybe of use.
