I'm not sure about the CD but it is in the gl_dev.sw.gldev
subsystem. I'll bet that you are seeing an error from
libpf_ogl.so that it can't find iopen. I have the following
in my makefile

Twister.so: Twister.o BuildPanel.o /usr/lib/libimage.a
        $(LD) -shared Twister.o BuildPanel.o -all -limage -o $++at++
