problem of perfly on Octane/MXI with OCO

Dear pfFriends,

my Octane/MXI has an Octane Channel Option (OCO) Board. When I set
display to 4++at++640x480 and run perfly, it freezes at InitPipe().
The OCO is ok with other applications, and perfly is ok without OCO.
Please help.
