Problem with OCO and multiple channels in Perfly?...

We have an Octane with the OCO option installed. When we try to run
Perfly (without attempting multi-channel output), we see...

X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range
for operation)
  Major opcode of failed request: 151 (SGI-VIDEO-CONTROL)
  Minor opcode of failed request: 8 (SGIvcQueryChannelInfo)
  Value in failed request: 0x3f
  Serial number of failed request: 61
  Current serial number in output stream: 61

Shortly before we tried the failed op ('perfly X29.iv'), we had been
running in multi-channel mode.

Is there a necessary resetting of the OCO needed that I don't know
about?
