One way to generate this one is to set the PFSTATE_TEXTURE
attribute of a pfGeoState with a bad pfTexture:
pfGStateAttr( gs, PFSTATE_TEXTURE, bad_tex );
e.g. if you use a pfColortable or other garbage
data instead.
