Hi,
I am sorry for the delayed response, I was out at SIGGRAPH all week.

The version of OpenWorlds loader that went with Perforemr 2.2 is very
old, and we have made LOTS of additions and changes. You can download a
more recent version from our website http://www.openworlds.com. A new
release will be made very soon, in the next few days.
