Hi Folks

Many thanks to Rob Jenkins who solved my X-only scaling problem by
quoting the Release Notes for Performer 2.2:

> InfiniteReality does not support DVR on X for video larger than
> 1280. IRIS Performer 2.2 will resize only in the Y direction to
> prevent the whole screen from being garbage.

Later on, the release notes also say that this is a HW bandwidth
limitation which won't be fixed in OpenGL.

Now that this behaviour has been explained, everything else has started
to fall into place. Dominoes....
