Tele source?

The Performer web site mentions "Tele", a sample application
for real-time video special effects, written by Wade Olsen and
Vince Uttley of SGI. It's apparently available in source form.

Can someone tell me where to get the source for Tele?
(I don't see it on the ftp site.)
