Try the following:
setenv RELEASE 6.2 (or whatever your OS versions is.)
- the -lvl is normally found in the digital media distribution which is
mainly for the O2 (or other camera related jazz). The makefile for the
demos is very generic, so it will try to make every sample, even those
that won't run on your particular system. There is a line in one of the
makefiles explaining about the RELEASE variable, but it is sort-of
obscure.
