A pfNode is created that represents the root of the database file. The file
name is given to pfNodeName. This node is also passed back in the callback you
refer to. The callback data structure is really called HEADERcb btw.
You will get the CB_HEADER callback only for external files that are loaded,
not ones that are referenced (cloned) previously during the current invokation.
There is a CB_CLONE callback case that you can use the catch them.
