Hi all,

Dennis Jones and Dennis Cafiero here at Tech have come across a
potentially wonderful program by a company called TGS- www.tgs.com. They
are just beginning to check it out, but it seems to offer the ability to
read in VRML2 files, complete with animation, as well as 3Dstudio and
other formats, and to interactively place lights, textures, animation and
then dump them out as inventor files. I just saw an animated inventor
file moving around in the CAVE, as loaded by pfnav. Neat!

I'll send the list more information as we figure things out. Anyone else
out there have any experience with the TGS software?
