Simon,

I have modified simple.C to do just what you are asking by creating four
asymetric viewing frustums and saving the rendered image from each you can
peice them back together with a little imgtcl script before printing. I'll send
you the code. This version creates a 4Kx4K image which you can easily size as
you wish.
