FYI, Performer2.1 didn't have PFCHAN_SWAPBUFFERS_HW implemented so you

First to check is that you have up to date Onyx2 X patches since there
were some late 6.4 X fixes in regard to swap ready.
If you are running at 1 Hz on up to date system software, then another
cause could be that somehow, one of the
pfPipes is not getting synced. If this is the case, it will be
very evident with output from setting your PFNFYLEVEL environment
variable to 9 and looking at the output which you can send me.
If that is the problem, then there will a simple WAR for the immediate
present.
