It's not clear but taking info from this and your
other post it sounds like your timing is something like:
Your app is 4.4 ms at all times
Perfly is 2.2-4.4 ms depending on size.
Sounds like you have something undesirable in your draw code or maybe
extra state like light sources which makes you geometry limited and
coincidentally this pans out at around 4.4 ms.
