Recently I got a few 3D Studio files (3ds rel. 4) which I tried to load
into Performer (2.2). This failed in a perculiar manner.
The warning message is:
PF Warning(2): pfdFindConverterDSO() - Could not load
DSO for extension "3ds"
But the libpf3ds.so is in /usr/lib32/libpfdb as all the other dso's that
seem to work fine.
Why can't Performer find the DSO although is is definitely there? I
really cam't figure out what's going on. Is there a bug in the DSO? I've
tried this on several machines with Performer 2.2 all with the same
result.
Glad for all the help I can get
/Bjorn
