I've received over two dozen requests for the Quake2 loader code. So
rather than e-mail everyone a copy, I put the loaders on the Paradigm
website.
You can download the source from:

Let me know what you think.
If you make any changes or improvements, let me know so I can
incorporate them into source I'm maintaining here.
