Performer users,

I've put together a set of Performer 2.2 loaders for id's Quake2 model
(.md2) and level (.bsp) files.

The MD2 model loader supports animations using a custom pfEngine. The
model loader has a simple API to play back portions of the animations.
With a bit of code you can have Stroggs wandering around Performer town.

The BSP loader renders multipass lightmaps and uses the visibility
information in the BSP file to speed rendering. The BSP loader also has
a callbacks to allow the processing of Quake2 entity information stored
in the BSP (ie, the location of power-ups, weapons, monsters, etc).
