Please don't send large binaries to this mailing list. There
are about 1000 subscribers and some of then don't need 200K
of attachments.

Now back to the subject, why do you need someone to combine the
images for you? It looks like ou have already combined them.

The problem may be with the way Medit is drawing the
polygon to the framebuffer, but I can't tell without
the rgba.

The glAlphaFunc is turned on but there is no GL_BLEND which uses
source alpha enabled hence the lack of blending.

I'll bet if you specify a material with alpha (do this as a test
but it's not a solution) medit will do the right thing. In
anycase test this in the Medit loader also. It may be that Medit
doesn't enable pfTransparency in the geostate either.

Incase the problem is with the image I'll following up with a
combined rgba created in the MultiGen texture editing tool.
