DSO' version ?

I am currently working on a Database Loader. With Performer 2.0 it was
fine running with ld -shared -set_version sgi1.0 *.o -o libpfext_ogl.so

But with PF2.2, N32, I found that I must set the version "sgi4.0.440"
(ld -n32 -shared -set_version sgi4.0.440 *.o -o libpfext_ogl.so)

My question : how can i know the version of the currently used DSOs ?
