Configure your managed area download ot eeprom, restart graphics and use
findvis or glxinfo to list supported visuals.

If you can configure a managed area that size yes, but you would have to
compile
a video format and then all you've done is half the vertical resolution
in each
field so you've actually only got 1900x600 with old style stereo, (munus
any
blanking lines between fields)

But what about your display, you started by saying that your display
must
be configured to 1900x1200.
